Jesus is a Penniless God
Dear friends,
In the world, we can see many gods and they have enormous properties like Gold, jewellery, apparels ,land and buildigs.
But the Lord Jesus Christ was never had these properties and any backdrop and decor in his earthly life. He was a Penniless God. He suffered with hungry, tiredness and starvation. The Gospel St.Mark 11 : 12 - 25 and St. Matthew 21: 18-22, Jesus was carried out his ministry in a great starvation and the rejection and the humiliation of Jews which led to the curse of fig tree. The tree is referred as Jews which bears no fruitful. Jews were not accepting Jesus as Saviour. As a son of man he was very hungry physically, he sought any fruits from the fig tree to bite his appetite even though it was not a season.

The curse of fig tree reveals, his manish behaviour of hungry. He didn't have a proper house and place to live. He went along place to place to spread the good news. In an another incident, St. Matt 17 : 24 - 27, the collectors of tax at Capernaum asked Peter, " Does your teacher pay the temple tax? Peter answered at once, " yes ,he does". But Jesus instructed Peter to go and cast a line into the Lake and pull out the first fish you hook, open it mouth and you will find a coin and use it to pay your taxes and mine. It is a vivid example of Penniless God. Jesus and his disciples never had any single penny with them. Such a way God had lived and spread his ministry. Jesus is a Penniless God. But the so-called followers now, how are they? They make much money as their ministry. They are the tombs of white painted.
